Jean Sam is Bear Clan, a member of the Ts’kaz Koh First Nation in Burns Lake BC and is a proud member of the Dene Tribe.
She has years of studies in Criminology and Psychology, a Management Certificate, a Provincial Instructors’ Diploma, 12 weeks of Comparative Justice Systems studies in England, Scotland, and Wales. She recently passed the LSAT and is currently enrolled in online training to teach online training.
She has been facilitating and teaching First Nation people across Canada for many years. Her interests and hobbies include: Reading, exercising, hiking, and cooking. Her expectations of our training sessions is that everyone keeps an open mind and a positive attitude.
Michael Wasegijig is a member of the Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve, on Manitoulin Island, ON. He resides in Burns Lake, BC on Ts’kaz Koh Reserve.
He completed a Management Diploma and the BC Provincial Instructors Diploma. He spends time keeping up to changes and is continually updating training materials.
For the past twenty years has been working as an instructor, facilitating workshops that include: Facilitator Training, Professional Development Workshops, Office Procedures, Employment Law, Proposal Writing, Program Planning, Fundraising, Business Planning, and Team-Building.
