This 4-day training is designed for HR managers, supervisors, CFS staff, health care workers, or anyone that may have to deal with difficult situations or people.

This counselling skills training is an opportunity to acquire practical counselling methods and techniques to help people deal with personal and work related matters.

Participants will learn about the process of counselling to identify sources of difficulties or concerns that they are experiencing and ways to assist them to make their own informed decisions.

A counselling interview helps to find out what the problems are and how to deal with them in a non-threatening way.
