This Counselling Skills Workshop is an opportunity to acquire practical counselling methods and techniques to help people deal with personal and work related matters.

This 5-day workshop is great for managers, supervisors, employment counselors, child and family service workers, health care workers, and anyone that may have to deal with difficult situations or people.

Participants will learn about the process of counselling to identify sources of difficulties or concerns that they are experiencing and ways to assist them to make their own informed decisions.

A counselling interview helps to find out what the problems are and how to deal with them in a non-threatening way.
